In the past students have had some problems remembering the difference between the various terms used in measuring circles. The picture below should help to some extent. Each student received one to glue into their Math Dictionaries but may find it useful to see again here. In addition to this there is an excellent BrainPOP cartoon on measuring circles. While it is a subscription site, this cartoon is one of the free samples. BrainPOP does offer a free 14-day trail for anyone interested.
