It's that time of year again! SOL Testing will begin next week at FCMS. Students should be studying a little every night. Cramming the night before normally does not make much of an impact on scores for any test. This is even more true for comprehensive assessments such as the SOL tests. Studying at that time can still be useful, but it is even more important for students to get a good night's rest and have a good, nutritious breakfast before testing.
Math tests will be spread out during the week of May 28 with students' math teachers. Below is the testing schedule for that week. Please check with me, the school, or your other teachers if you are unsure when you test for your other classes.
Monday, May 28: School closed for Memorial Day
Tuesday, May 29: Block 1 Math Classes
Wednesday, May 30: No 6th grade math testing
Thursday, May 31: Block 3 Math Classes
Friday, June 1: Block 4 Math Classes
