Great Start!!!

We've had a great start to the new school year! Let's keep it up!



Back-to-School Night
Parents/Guardians: Please attend our back-to-school night tomorrow night, September 21 at 7:00 AM. We would love the chance to get to know you while we let you know about our classes and what your child can expect from the school year.



Meet and Greet
Parents/Guardians: Please attend the Hurrican Team's breakfast Meet and Greet next Tuesday, September 26 starting at 7:30 AM in the school library. A form will be going home with students tomorrow (9/21) or Friday (9/22) with further details. Please RSVP by Monday, September 25 so that our food order can be placed.

Remember:
Adding like signs
= add like "normal," answer has the same sign
Adding unlike signs = subtract the smaller absolute value from the larger one and take the sign of the larger one
Subtracting integers = "add the opposite"

HW for Blocks 1&3 was 1-5 Study Guide, which is pg.5 of the wkbk. There is only one Study Guide and one Practice page for each section of the wkbk. 1-4 was homework last night.
